Conic top lid making production line

This machine is a high speed and high precision automatic chemical lids production equipment. It is suitable for all kinds of chemical lid and conical lids made by the tinplate. The whole sheet from the cylinder feedstock, automatic position pushing, servo feeding, mechanical hand stuffing , servo feeding, First stamping , second stamping and forming, backup ring installed, automatic out of the lids to packing with fully automatic operation, no manual operation. The whole line equip with CNC high precision press( for first stamping), normal 80T press( for second stamping and forming), automatic backup ring install machine.
